Alamo City Game Convention
(There are two versions -- New GMs and Established GMs.)
NEW GMs
“New” GMs are those who did not run any games AC Game Con last year. New GMs can get a $20 weekend pass to the con.

New GM Requirements:

Submit your game(s) proposal no later than 12/20/24. Unless there is a compelling reason not to do so, please schedule your game(s) so they start and end during one of our official game sessions. They are:
-
Board Games: Host one of our seven official game sessions. Hosts do not play, nor do they teach games. They should plan a variety of games that will keep 3-4 tables busy throughout their given session. These are games the GM knows well enough to serve as a resource and troubleshooter. A session could include 3-4 games expected to go for most/all of the four hours. Or, we can have more games scheduled to start at different times. Also, when it's possible, it is great to have two tables running the same game.
-
CCGs: Each GM will offer one or more games that will seat at least four players other than yourself and will last a total of four hours or more.
-
Miniatures: Offer one or more games that will seat at least four players other than yourself and will last a total of four hours or more.
-
RPGs: Offer one or more games that will seat at least four players other than yourself and will last a total of four hours or more.
-
Social Deduction: Each GM should offer one or more games that can play least six players for a minimum of one full game session.
Established GMs:
“Established” GMs are those who signed up to run a game last year. They also showed up on time and ready to run the game. We would be happy to provide a free weekend badge. We do ask a little bit more for the free badge. Here are the requirements.
